  • Create and manage your account
  • Store and display your vehicle history and maintenance records
  • Help you find nearby repair workshops and parts stores
  • Enable appointment booking and real-time repair tracking

  • Provide workshops with scheduling and performance reports
  • Improve app features and fix bugs
  • Prevent fraud and keep the platform secure

4. Sharing Your Information

  • With Workshops & Parts Stores: To fulfill your booking or parts request — limited to what is needed
  • With Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us run the app (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting) — all bound to protect your data
  • When Required by Law: If required by a court order or applicable law
  • Business Transfers: If FIXO CAR is acquired or merged — you will be notified in advance

5. Data Security

6. Data Retention

  • Delete your account and personal data
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing (such as marketing notifications) at any time

8. Delete Account Policy

You may request deletion of your FIXO CAR account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Please note the following when submitting a deletion request:

  • 30-Day Grace Period: After submitting a deletion request, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which it is deactivated but not yet permanently deleted. You may cancel the request and restore your account at any time within this period.
  • Permanent Deletion After 60 Days: Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted 60 days after the initial deletion request. Once this period has passed, your data cannot be recovered.
  • What Gets Deleted: Profile information, vehicle records, booking history, messages, reviews, and any other personal data linked to your account.
  • What May Be Retained: We may retain certain anonymised or aggregated data, transaction records required by applicable law, or data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms — for the period required by law or legitimate business need.
  • Active Bookings: We recommend completing or cancelling any active bookings before submitting a deletion request to avoid disruption to scheduled services.

To submit a deletion request, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or email us at Support@fixo-car.com.

9. Children's Privacy

FIXO CAR is open to all users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at Support@fixo-car.com and we will delete their data promptly.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as map providers and payment gateways. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after that date means you accept the updated policy.
